Air Fryer Tilapia
Air Fryer Tilapia with Garlic & Lemon is a quick and easy recipe that produces tender and flaky fish with a zesty flavor. It’s a healthy and delicious meal that can be ready in under 30 minutes.

- 12 oz. Tilapia Filets
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder (Optional)
- Sea Salt – To Taste
- Black Pepper, Cracked – To Taste
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
- 2 Slices of Lemon Wedges
- 2 Tsp. Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, onion powder (if using), sea salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the tilapia filets with your hand.
Step 4
Spray enough olive oil spray at the base of the air fryer basket to make sure the fish does not stick
Step 5
Place the seasoned tilapia filets in the preheated air fryer, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 6
Once cooked, remove the tilapia filets from the air fryer basket and sprinkle them with chopped parsley.
Step 7
Serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
