Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Radishes – trimmed and quartered
  • 1 garlic cloves – pressed
  • 1 tbsp. avocado oil
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1 tbsp. parsley – minced and separated
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Step 2

Mix quartered radishes with oil and 1/2 tbsp. of minced parsley.

Step 3

Roast radishes for 30-35 minutes until the edges brown.

Step 4

Prepare the Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Sauce per directions.

Step 4

Top the radishes with Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Sauce and return to the oven for about 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Garnish with the remaining parsley.

Step 6
