Crispy Shrimp Burgers

- 1 lb. Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ⅛ cup Cilantro
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/16 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ½ cup Crushed Ideal Protein Croutons
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- ½ tbsp. Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Take the shrimp chop it coarsely and place in a bowl.
Step 2
In a food processor, add minced garlic, chopped cilantro, kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and the chopped shrimp. Pulse to create a chunky paste.
Step 3
Transfer the shrimp mixture to a mixing bowl and add the crushed Ideal Protein Croutons. Mix well to combine.
Step 4
Add the lightly beaten egg to the shrimp mixture. This will help bind the ingredients together and create a cohesive mixture.
Step 5
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
Step 6
Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add oil for cooking.
Step 7
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the shrimp patties in the skillet. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure they are cooked through.
Step 8
Once the shrimp burgers are cooked and crispy, remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
