Egg Salad

The classic egg salad recipe but in Ideal Protein style. These hard-boiled eggs are delicious, packed with lean protein and goes with all sorts of veggies

Allowed for al Ideal Protein phases.

Serving size

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp. light olive oil
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ΒΌ tsp. salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Add the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to a small jar and shake until they are well combined.

Step 2

Peel the egg shells and put them in a mixing bowl then mash using a fork.

Step 3

Pour on the vinaigrette and stir to combine.

Step 4

Then add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Add to approved veggies and enjoy.
