Ideal Protein Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

That’s right – dieting doesn’t mean having to go without Pizza. Ideal Protein Cauliflower Pizza is a tasty and fun way to get a break from the norm. The best part, it goes with all Ideal Protein phases.


Once the crust is ready, you can be as creative as you wish with the toppings. Just make sure you are sticking to portions and allowed items. Here are some topping ideas: 2oz chicken or turkey, cherry tomatoes, white mushrooms, bell pepper, baby spinach, red onions, brussels sprouts, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary, Walden Farms Italian Sun-Dried Tomato dressing, organic spring mix. Put it in the oven for about five minutes on broil.

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. of Ideal Salt or Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Oregano
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Place grated cauliflower in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for about 5 minutes or until slightly soft. Puree it and set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, whisk the egg and mix with minced garlic, herbs, and spices.

Step 4

Place pureed cauliflower into paper towels over a large bowl to dry it out.

Step 5

Spray a baking pan with Pam Spray.

Step 6

Mix cauliflower puree with egg mixture to make the “dough”.

Step 7

Spread the “dough” making one round pizza shape on the baking sheet.

Step 8

Bake for 15 minutes, flip carefully and continue baking for about 10 minutes.

Step 9

Take out of the oven and top with your favorite veggies.
