Ideal Protein Stuffing Mix
This easy Stuffing recipe fits about any occasion and can be made ahead of time. It tastes amazing and is a great choice to make a complete meal.
Allowed for all Ideal Protein phases. So, give it a try for your upcoming get-together.
- 2 packet Ideal Protein Garlic Croutons
- 1 cup of celery – chopped
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- EVOO spray
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. IP salt
- 1 cup of onions – chopped
- ½ tsp. poultry seasoning
- ¼ c fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of thyme
- 1 pinch of basil
In a pan, add olive oil on medium and sauté celery.
Add the poultry seasoning, salt, pepper (to taste), onions, thyme, basil, garlic, and paprika and keep stirring.
Stir in your Ideal Protein Garlic Croutons until evenly coated.
Mix chicken broth well to moisten.
Set down to chill and let the croutons absorb the broth.
Place in a Pyrex or casserole dish and bake at 350° for 10 mins (this doesn’t caramelize your onions).
Once cool, serve and enjoy.
