- 2 medium-sized cucumbers – sliced very thin (4 cups)
- 1 sweet onion – sliced very thin
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lemon – juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix apple cider vinegar, water, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper together to make the marinade.
Step 2
Add cucumbers and onions to the marinade.
Step 3
Leave marinate in refrigerator overnight.
