No Bake Protein Ball recipe is an easy and healthy way to meet your protein needs in the morning, snack, or curb your hunger on the go. The recipe is quick to prepare and tasty at the same time.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phase 1-3.


  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake
  • 2 tbsp. water


Step 1

Mix together, roll into mini balls

Step 2

Place on parchment paper and freeze for 30-60 minutes

Step 3

Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.

Step 4

Grab and go! Enjoy!
