Turnip Sirloin Scramble
Our Turnip Sirloin Scramble packs a punch of flavor and an easy weekday meal option.
Allowed for all Ideal Protein phases.
- 1 lb. Ground Sirloin
- 2 tsp. Diced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups Diced Turnips
- 1/2 cup Green Onion – Diced
- 1/3 cup Beef broth
- 1 tsp. Whole leaf oregano
- 2 tbsp. Chopped parsley
- Sriracha – To taste
- Salt – To taste
Heat a deep pan.
In a bowl, mix diced turnip roots and onions, salt, pepper, and garlic power.
Add to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes and add the beef broth.
Cover and simmer till the turnip is tender
Add to a plate. Add Sriracha and serve. Enjoy!
