Turnip Sirloin Scramble

Our Turnip Sirloin Scramble packs a punch of flavor and an easy weekday meal option.

Allowed for all Ideal Protein phases.


  • 1 lb. Ground Sirloin
  • 2 tsp. Diced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Diced Turnips
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion – Diced
  • 1/3 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp. Whole leaf oregano
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • Sriracha – To taste
  • Salt – To taste


Step 1

Heat a deep pan.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix diced turnip roots and onions, salt, pepper, and garlic power.

Step 3

Add to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes and add the beef broth.

Step 4

Cover and simmer till the turnip is tender

Step 5

Add to a plate. Add Sriracha and serve. Enjoy!
