  • 4 Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal Packet
  • 4 Egg – beaten
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • 4 tsp. of Stevia
  • 5 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 cup of Zucchini, finely grated (squeeze out excess water)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 385°F.

Step 2

Beat the egg in a bowl.

Step 3

Add Maple Oatmeal, baking powder, salt, Stevia, cinnamon, and zucchini.

Step 4

Mix and gradually add water until you have a batter consistency.

Step 5

Pour in to a loaf tin and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6
