- 5 oz. Thinly Sliced Sirloin Steak
- 2 oz. Dry Rice Noodles
- ½ Cup Bok Choy, sliced
- ½ Cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- ¼ Cup Carrots, thinly Sliced
- 2 tbsps. Green Onion Tops
Ginger Tamari Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Tamari
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
- ½ tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Step 2
Whisk together tamari, sesame oil, ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and garlic-infused olive oil.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
