Ingredients

            Beef Bowl

  • 5 oz. Thinly Sliced Sirloin Steak
  • 2 oz. Dry Rice Noodles
  • ½ Cup Bok Choy, sliced
  • ½ Cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • ¼ Cup Carrots, thinly Sliced
  • 2 tbsps. Green Onion Tops

            Ginger Tamari Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Tamari
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water.

Step 2

Whisk together tamari, sesame oil, ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and garlic-infused olive oil.

Step 3

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add steak and cook for 2–4 minutes until browned and cooked to your preference.

Step 5

Remove steak and set aside.

Step 6

Add bok choy, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet and sauté until tender-crisp.

Step 7

Return steak to the pan and add the sauce.
