Ingredients
- 1½ Cups Certified Gluten-free Oat Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- ½ Cup Lactose-free Milk
- ¼ Cup Granulated Cane Sugar
- 2 tbsps. Melted Butter or Coconut Oil
- 2 tsps. Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¾ Cup Fresh Blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, lactose-free milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
