  • 5 oz. Ground Chicken
  • 1 tbsp. Gluten-free Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 1 tbsp. Sliced Green Onion Tops
  • ½ tsp. Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil

            Mint-Parsley Tzatziki

  • ¼ Cup Lactose-free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsps. Finely Grated Cucumber, Squeezed Dry
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

            To Serve

  • Butter Lettuce Leaves or Gluten-free Bun
  • Tomato Slices
  • Cucumber Slices

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, green onion tops, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined and form into one burger patty.
