Ingredients
- 200 G Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Chives
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F or an air fryer to 400°F.

Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
