Ingredients

  • 200 G Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Chives
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F or an air fryer to 400°F.

Step 2

Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.

Step 4
