  • 1 Cup Sliced Eggplant (About ½ Medium Eggplant)
  • 5 Oz. Ground Turkey
  • ½ Cup Canned Crushed Tomatoes (No Onion or Garlic Added)
  • 1 tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Lactose-free Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Basil
  • ½ tsp. Dried Oregano

Preparation

Step 1
