            Meatballs

  • 5 oz. Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 tbsp. Gluten-free Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Sliced Green Onion Tops
  • ½ tsp. Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

            Soup

  • 2 Cups Low-fodmap Chicken Broth
  • ½ Cup Zucchini, diced
  • ¼ Cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, green onion tops, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Step 2

Step 3
