Ingredients
- 5 oz. Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- 1 cup Zucchini, Sliced
- 1 cup Yellow Squash, Sliced
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 tbsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
 Heat the garlic-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the zucchini and yellow squash and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender.
Step 3
