Parmesan Herb Crackers

Parmesan Herb Crackers

These crispy parmesan herb crackers are a savory SIBO-friendly snack made with almond flour, Parmesan, and fragrant herbs. They bake into thin, crunchy crackers with a rich, cheesy flavor and a light rosemary-thyme finish.

Made without wheat flour or high-FODMAP garlic, these crackers use garlic-infused olive oil for flavor while staying gentle on digestion. They’re perfect for pairing with lactose-free dips, cheese, or enjoying on their own as a satisfying low-carb snack.
