  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Lactose-free Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1½ Cups Gluten-free All-purpose Flour Blend (No Inulin/Chicory Root Fiber)
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin, eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
