  • 5 oz Extra-firm Tofu, Drained and Pressed
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

            Sesame Carrot Noodles

  • 2 oz. Dry Rice Noodles
  • ½ Cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ Cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 tbsps. Sliced Green Onion Tops
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds

            Sesame Ginger Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Tamari
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and press tofu for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.

Step 3
