Ingredients

            Salmon Rice Bowl

  • 5 oz. Salmon Fillet
  • ½ Cup Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • ¼ Cup Thinly Sliced Cucumber
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ Cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 tbsps. Sliced Green Onion Tops
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds

            Sesame Ginger Glaze

  • 1 tbsp. Tamari
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Freshly Grated Ginger
  • ½ tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, ginger, and garlic-infused olive oil.

Step 4

Brush the glaze evenly over the salmon.
