Ingredients
- 5 oz. Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- ½ Cup Canned Light Coconut Milk
- ½ Cup Zucchini, sliced
- ¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
