- 1½ Cups Carrots, Peeled and Sliced
- 1 tbsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
- 1½ tbsp. Tahini
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp. Cumin
- 2 tbsp. Water, Plus More if Needed
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Green Onion Tops
- Salt and Pepper, to Taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.
