Ingredients
      Tuna Filling
- 4 oz. Canned Tuna in Water, drained
- 2 tbsps. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Sliced Green Onion Tops
- ¼ tsp. Sesame Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
      Rolls
- 3 Small Napa Cabbage Leaves
- ½ Cup Cooked White Rice, cooled
- ¼ Cup Shredded Carrots
- ¼ Cup Thinly Sliced Cucumber
- 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
Step 2
Blanch the Napa cabbage leaves for 1–2 minutes, until softened.
Step 3
Transfer the leaves to cold water and pat dry.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onion tops, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Place one cabbage leaf on a clean work surface.

Place approximately one-third of the rice down the center.
