Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

- 2 cups of Asparagus spears, trimmed
- 8 Oz. of Canadian Bacon
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- Pinch of freshly ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Arrange the asparagus spears on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Drizzle the Olive Oil over them and turn to coat.
Step 4
Season with the black pepper.
Step 5
Cut the Canadian Bacon in halves.
Step 6
Wrap a single asparagus spear lengthwise with Canadian Bacon.
Step 7
Roast until the asparagus is tender when pierced with a fork and the
Canadian Bacon is crisp (10 – 12 minutes).
Step 8
Serve warm & enjoy!
