- 1 IP Chocolatey Caramel Mug Cake
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 packet of Splenda or Stevia
- 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Chocolate or Caramel Syrup
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Spray a muffin tin or a small cake pan/loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
