Garlic Shrimp and Veggie Foil Packs

Garlic Shrimp and Veggie Foil Pack is a wonderful recipe for meal. The recipe is way easier to prepare, packs a lot of nutrients and you can always add your favorite veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp – peeled and deveined
  • 3-4 cups chopped zucchini or your favorite vegetables
  • 4 cloves garlic – minced
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro or parsley – minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine.

Step 2

Place four 18×12-inch pieces of heavy aluminum foil on the counter and place the shrimp and veggie mixture on the foil.

Step 3

Fold the foil over the shrimp to seal properly.

Step 4

Grill or bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp and vegetables are cooked through.

Step 5

Serve with Cauliflower rice or salad.
