Ground Beef and Cabbage
Ground Beef and Cabbage recipe is plain, simple and great for meal prepping.

Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage – finely chopped
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 leek – thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
Step 1
Place cabbage, tomatoes w/juice, leek, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a Dutch oven or large pot over low heat. Cook and stir until it begins to simmer.
Step 2
Add lean ground beef on top and cover and cook. Stir occasionally or until cabbage is tender and ground beef is cooked through. For about 45 minutes.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
