Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins

These Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins are such a delightful treat for any occasion. They are so very to prepare, take few ingredients and great to have on hand for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2oz. Water
  • Vanilla Extract – to taste
  • Splenda – optional
  • 1 packet of Ideal Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whip water, Splenda, eggs, vanilla extract together until its fluffy.

Step 2

Gradually pour in the IP Strawberry Cheesecake Mix and mix together.

Step 3

Pour the mix into greased muffin pans which should make 6-12 depending on how fluffy they are.

Step 4

Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.

Step 5

Take out of the oven and allow cooling.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
