Tuna Cucumber Tomato Salad

Healthy Tuna Cucumber Tomato Salad is a super easy salad that fits into plan.

Approved for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.


  • 1 tomato – seeds removed, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber – thinly sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 of a red onion – chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley – chopped
  • 3 oz. package tuna
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper – to taste


Step 1

Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley and tuna to a bowl and stir to combine.

Step 2

Pour in olive oil and lemon juice.

Step 3

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and stir.

Step 4

Serve immediately or chill for later serving. Enjoy!
