
Tuna Cucumber Tomato Salad
Healthy Tuna Cucumber Tomato Salad is a super easy salad that fits into plan.

Ingredients
- 1 tomato – seeds removed, chopped
- 1 small cucumber – thinly sliced and chopped
- 1/2 of a red onion – chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley – chopped
- 3 oz. package tuna
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper – to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, parsley and tuna to a bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2
Pour in olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 3
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and stir.
Step 4
Serve immediately or chill for later serving. Enjoy!
