Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dry Gluten-free Rice or Corn-based Pasta
- ¼ Cup Diced Cucumber
- ¼ Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsps. Diced Tomato
- ¼ Cup Lactose-free Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsps. Sliced Green Onion Tops
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
      Lemon Herb Dressing
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp. Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp. Garlic-infused Olive Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Drain and rinse under cool water.
Step 3
Allow pasta to cool.
